Ace of War, Grande Prairie's premier tactical laser tag arena, opened its doors in January 2023, bringing a thrilling, video game-inspired experience to the community. Founded by local entrepreneur Jonathan Chabot, this 6,500-square-foot arena—the largest activity space in the city—was meticulously planned over two years and built in just two months. With realistic laser tag guns, virtual player accounts, and the ability to level up, unlock new gear, and track stats, Ace of War offers an immersive, high-energy experience designed to unite and entertain the Grande Prairie community.

"There's something nostalgic about laser tag, it's comfort food. sure, it gets boring after a while but atleast it's the exact same as it has been for the last 30 yrs.. Or so I thought.
